We are excited to announce that the 9th annual international User Experience in Libraries (UX in Libraries or ‘UXLibs’ for short) conference will take place in Liverpool from Tuesday 10 to Thursday 12 June 2025. To keep up to date with all announcements relating to the 2025 edition of UXLibs be sure to join our mailing list. Bookings will open in January 2025.
The conference will incorporate keynotes and plenary talks from speakers from inside and outside libraries. There’s also the legendary team challenge, our interactive workshops presented by UX practitioners and, of course, social events allowing delegates to make connections and, just as importantly, to relax and have fun.
FEES
These have not yet been set for our 2025 conference, but as a guide the cost of last year’s conference in Cambridge was £495 (+VAT) which included all the conference sessions, the Tuesday evening social event, lunches on Wednesday and Thursday, and the Wednesday evening Gala Dinner. Accommodation was not included. There was an additional charge of £130 (+VAT) for those wishing to attend the optional Tuesday morning pre-conference ‘UX Toolkit’ workshop which included a buffet lunch.
