Handwara, Aug 9 (KNS): In a commendable initiative to support students preparing for competitive exams, a young man from Kukroosa village in the Villagam area has established a private library.
Shafan Ahmad Khan, 25, who is himself preparing for civil services, identified the lack of study materials as a significant barrier for local aspirants.
"People here lack access to the necessary materials for such exams," said Khan. "Keeping this in mind, I decided to open a private library to provide study resources.
