About the role

We are seeking a Resources Librarian to join our friendly library team.

You will work closely and collaboratively with other Library staff, academic and other professional departments, to ensure that the library’s digital services meet the needs of students and staff across the University. This will involve regular contact and close liaison with our Digital Services department (IT).

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic in contributing to our students’ educational experience and supporting our academic staff.  You will need to be accurate, organised and able to prioritise workloads within a busy environment. Ideally you will also have an understanding of the HE sector and have previous experience within a similar environment.

Applicants need to have a degree level qualification and must hold a recognised qualification in librarianship/information science. We welcome applications from recently qualified Library or Information Science graduates or those who will be completing their studies in the next three months.
